Maple Express Park & Ride T5 has been awarded a Park Mark Safer Parking Award. The car park has a 24 hour monitored CCTV and security fencing.
The bus transfer is included in the price, takes less than 5 minutes and runs every 10-15 minutes from 4am until midnight (or in case of a delayed flights, when our last customer has been collected).

Late returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day's parking will be charged at £20 per day (or part day thereof) after your booking return date.
Maple Parking provides a suggested route that avoids the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ Charging Zone). Deviating from the suggested route and entering the ULEZ Charging Zone is not the responsibility of Maple Parking. In the event that your actual stay exceeds your booked stay, any additional days will incur a charge of £20.00 per day (or part day). No reimbursements will be given for partially used stays. Any payments for extra days must be settled prior to the vehicle handover, and upon request, a receipt can be sent to you via email. The vehicle owner/customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is roadworthy, possesses a valid MOT certificate, and holds a valid Road Fund Licence. Vehicles that are deemed unsafe or do not comply with road regulations may be declined. No refunds will be provided for the storage of illegal or unsafe vehicles.
Drive to Maple Parking following the address/directions below and park up in or car park as directed then follow our arrival instructions:
Please allow sufficient time for Maple check-in staff to complete their check-in procedure and conduct the necessary photographic vehicle inspection on your arrival. This usually takes 3-4 minutes. Also allow time for your transfer which can take up to 5 minutes and runs approximately every 10 minutes.
If you are returning ahead of schedule, Maple must have at least 24 hours’ notice (or as much notice as possible) to avoid delays and ensure that your vehicle is extracted and ready for you to drive home.
As soon as you have collected all of your baggage and are ready to clear customs, call Maple on 01895 549 230 and follow the directions on the return card given at check in. The bus runs every 10 mins and will bring you straight back to our car park so you can collect your keys and drive home.
