Arrival Procedure

Dropping your car off is simple:

1. Enter the Valet Parking area, park your car and enter reception.
2. Hand in your booking confirmation and quote your booking reference number.
3. Next, hand over your entry ticket and your car keys – you’ll be handed a receipt.  
4. Unload your car and take the short walk to the terminal.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete the vehicle hand over before heading to the terminal.

Return Procedure

Picking up your car is just as easy:

1. On your return, please go to the new Meet & Greet collection point which is located in the Terminal 1 arrivals hall, opposite Greggs..
2. Meet & Greet staff will be on hand to assist.
