- Searcher One– “First class service. Dropped car off and there was a bus waiting to take us to the airport. Returned today(4/5/22). Sent text as soon as we had collected our luggage, bus arrived five minutes later. Collected our car and was on our way fifteen minutes later. Efficient and courteous staff plus added bonus of using our Tesco points. No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend”

Have used this company quite a few times and will continue to do so. It would be a good idea if APH offered a good discount say after 7 days. Two weeks parking becomes to expensive. So for me a taxi becomes much more cost effective after 1 weeks APH parking. If they offered a good discount for the two weeks I would use them for our two week holidays.”

Had to cancel my booking during the Covid-19 pandemic and got a voucher to use and called this week to make a booking over the phone. I spoke to Sophie and got everything sorted in minutes. I booked this company 5th September, I had booked the week before with looking4airportparking.com but cancelled by phone and email after coming across TP reviews and being unable to get through to them on the one telephone number which is only answered 9-5. Eventually got through to them and said I’d have to pay £20 cancellation. No response at all from them since. I received a call about a half hour from Heathrow asking for my eta, I then received another call a short while later. I also got a call on arrival and a guy came to my car bang on time. I couldn’t understand much of what he said, a thick accent, noise etc but he flashed something on his phone in front of me, we checked the car over, I handed him the key and off we went. I had a call 15 mins or so later, “where is your car, our driver is waiting”. This was Edward Lloyd, then twigged that the guy who picked it up was the booking I had cancelled! The chap that phoned me from Edward Lloyd was straight on it, gave him the mobile numbers I had received and he went through them until he found the driver. He called me back about 15 mins later to say that they had got the car and have a good holiday. What fantastic service! Can’t thank them enough other than by booking with them for all further meet and greets. There’s some really bad operators out there but this firm is not only competitive but outstandingly honest and effient.”

Excellent Customer Service, drop your car and keys off, a good shuttle right to the terminal. They will wait for you if you're coming and they are about to set off. 😀

Efficient, reliable, and quick service every time! There’s always staff on hand to assist, and the bus drivers are fantastic—helpful with luggage and timely with departures and arrivals. I’ve never had to wait long for a bus, which is a huge plus. One thing to note: they do move your car to another location, so if that’s a concern, check their terms for peace of mind if you're concerned about potential damage. Personally, I’ve always found my car in the same condition as I left it. Bonus points for frequently available online discounts! I plan to keep using them and highly recommend it.

First time I'd used airport parking like this and it was excellent. Easy to drop off, straight on to a shuttle bus and at the airport with plenty of time for a good breakfast. Easy shuttle bus back and car was ready to go. Definitely would do it again and recommend!

We have used this car park a few times in the past & always been happy with it. This time I had to cancel my car parking on Sunday as my car broke down on the way to the airport. I couldn’t do this on line but emailed the company & on Monday morning I had an email back from the company & a full refund of the payment for my booking. I’d highly recommend this company.

Brilliant - best airport parking I've done, soo simple.Stop in a lane outsideGo in and registerPop keys/key card under widerJump in the busy (no treks to a bus stop)Come backMessage them you are backJump on the bus (bit of a walk, but same for all off airport parking)Arrive outside receptionGet key and go get carSimpleWays to get 5 starsSign post it clearly that you go in, then go back to the car with the key - may as well get the bags then.OrEven better, keep the key at reception, not sure my insurance is going to shell out £65k if I left the key on the cars windscreen - with all the security in place, it's still a vulnerability.Not sure why you text on return, the car was in that bay before I left the destination - could cars be bought back to the slip ways where you drop off?Still miles better than the normaly park and then trek to a bus stop, then remember which one to get off at when you return.

My car managed to do 6 miles while parked with this lot despite their promise that it would not leave the premises. Further why do these people see fit to twiddle with fully automatic climate control. I will be reviewing my dash cams and discussing the matter with the police!

Park my car with them forgetting to take my money out the arm rest box! They stole it! REMEMBER YOUR VALUABLE. Staff be going through your stuff. I’ve just seen another review of them stealing. So be warned!!! THEY ARE TAKING STUFF from your car. They will search through your belongings.

Booked for a holiday again. Second. Time using aph and found check in very easy and straightforward. Quick and courteous bus trip t departure gates. On return text the number given on receipt. Bus ride was busy back but the drivers are always happy to assist with suitcases and drive safely. On arrival back cars are waiting in numbers space for ease of finding. Will only use APH on any trips moving forward

Parked my car here last last week. On my return, i noticed my pair of glasses missing. And some items had been shuffled around in the container box, as if trying to search for items or something.I reported this and have only had one response from them and that was them forwarding my email to the relevant department. They have not got back to me and its been almost a week.

What a great service this is, so easy to use from start to finish. Pre book online, drive to the drop off zone, they securely park your car for you, whilst you get on the bus that is already waiting to take you to the airport. Just as easy on return, airport bus takes you right to the reception door, pick up your car key & your car is there waiting to drive straight away. Couldn't be easier, would highly recommend 👌

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Use these guys for most of my holidays from Gatwick and they don’t disappoint. Always clean and to-the-point. Hassle free parking and bus transfers. Staff friendly. Drop your car off, jump on the bus and they take care of your car and park it for you. Can’t complain about anything. Free scale onsite to check if your luggage is weight is correct before leaving for the airport so you can leave anything in your car if needed.

Decided to use for the first time as I normally use Gatwick parking. Pleasantly surprised at how efficient the service was.1) Turned up and parked in a holding area to drop my keys off at the drop off centre.2) Regular busses from the drop off centre to Gatwick north and south terminals. Luckily mine was there ready upon arrival.3) 10 minute drive to the terminal and done.The return was straight forward too, just wait at the busses centre and only board the APH busses. Key collected without any problems at 1am.Great value and excellent service. Will definitely use from now on.

Used the meet and greet service, never again.Booked this service as my husband has disabilities and have a young child and would be returning on a late flight. Drop off was brilliant, but return was horrendous, bearing in mind we give the flight details over (as you don’t get told when your confirmed flights times are until the day before you leave, as most will know) so estimated how long we may take getting through baggage reclaim, customs etc. our flight was early getting in by 15 mins. I called as required when got to baggage reclaim, was on hold for circa 10 minutes being 7th in the queue (it was 00.30hrs!?) person who answered was abrupt and advised would be with us asap, explained my child had been taken unwell and was covered in sick, my husband had a fall coming of plane also. Got outside 25 minutes later no car, called again, this person was friendlier, apologised said will be with us shortly, had limited staff, explained my child was covered in sick in the freezing cold, we were doing our best to keep her warm. Another 25 minutes went past 2 more desperate calls in between from myself and husband begging for our car and it arrived, we were all in a complete state, fraught and freezing (being November), my husband in shorts and T-shirt as we had wrapped our unwell, sick soaked child in his hoodie to keep her warm, he was in pain and needed to take meds. Completely unreliable when we needed it most. Not worth it, especially when the jingle on hold is all about being there when we need them.They couldn’t even be bothered to respond to the complaint we put in.

We went on a family holiday in August and parked our car at APH. We got a discount on blue light card and a very good price considering we booked 2 days before travelling. Very good directions, well sign posted. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bus already waiting on the way and the way back so didn't take long. This was the first time we did this and we will definitely be doing this when we go away again.

Provided a wrong postcode where it takes you to a private area where I got a parking fine, as I had to pull up and call them up to look for the greet and meet location. And people on the phone are difficult to communicate as well.

Fantastic parking start to finish. Unfortunately our flight got cancelled so had to fly from Heathrow instead of Gatwick but were still returning to Gatwick. Due to this I spoke to APH who were happy to advise the easiest way to travel. We ended up having someone else drop our car off. We informed reception who explained how we could later collect our car. Communication was fantastic, helpful and professional.We only waited about 5 minutes for the coach which was easy to get to.To top it off the bus driver was unbelievably helpful, after being away for 3 weeks with 2 children and arriving at midnight with way too much luggage, it was greatly appreciated. The driver helped with all the luggage not just on and off the coach but also to the car, advised the easiest way to get to our car and was also willing to answer all my child's inquisitive questions.Absolutely fantastic service, will definetly be using again and would happily recommend to every one and anyone.

We have just used APH meet & greet at Gatwick airport. Communication was great & we was met promptly by a I Love Meet and Greet rep. Flawless handover & they was there waiting for us upon our arrival home at 2:30am. Couldn’t recommend enough. We booked using Tesco club card vouchers

First time I have ever used APH, unsure if I will use again, dropped my car off last week, collected my car today and I have had 2 phone cables taken from out of my glovebox and things messed with inside, I will be reviewing my dash cam footage from when I dropped my car off. The shuttle bus drivers were very helpful and polite credit to them both.

The staff at APH went above and beyond to support us. Thank you!My partner and I were travelling with 2 under 2 and were running late for check-in with two car seats, a stroller and all of the rest of our luggage. The staff kindly helped us with our luggage and even sent the bus early and directly to our terminal to make sure we were able to check-in on time. I don’t think we would have made our flight without their additional support.

Arrived this morning to park & ride a year after my last visit. Great welcome at reception. Given clear instructions on what to do. Coach driver to North Terminal was amazing & extremely helpful. Great service on return from North Terminal to APH. Keys handed over promptly & clear instructions to where car was parked & how to exit.Really impressed.

Very good parking option for Gatwick. Have so often been let down by so-called valet parking, even collecting parking tickets whilst thousands of miles away in Vegas! Gave this option a go and very happy. Easy drop off, shuttle bus waiting and collection on return very smooth. Will be our preferred option going forward.... I'm recommending!!

05.06.24 I am very disappointed with the parking option when you have to leave your keys with this company. I don't recommend it. During my vacation, the car was driven 5.5 miles, also I noticed that the fuel consumption was higher than usual because the tank was full, and I'm aware of the mileage needed to drive for normal driving. The interior carpet was very dirty, the plastic from the feet on the driver's side was stained, a shallow scratch was found on the fender and door on the passenger side! I am very angry!

We had 2 cars parked at Gatwick, everything went smooth, everyone was nice and friendly, especially the bus driver ( very funny too 😄).The buses were on time to go and on return, we didn't had to wait almost at all.The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because whoever drove my friend's car has stolen his phone headsets that he forgot in the car.Even if we know we shouldn't leave things in the cars, sometimes you can forget something and this doesn't mean the employees should steal it.Whomever did this, doesn't deserve to work there for you.

Faultless. Keep you updated at all times. Easy to find, super secure and very friendly helpful staff. Toilets extremely clean. Bus very comfortable and drivers really friendly and again helpful. Waited less than 10mins to leave and journey is around 10mins. Landed at 12.30am coming home, text we had landed, bus arrived in 1 min and car was ready. Excellent service and would never use any other company.

Excellent service that I cannot fault. Smooth arrival and booking in process and pretty much straight onto a bus and taken to the airport. Return was as smooth with a bus arriving within 10 minutes of being at the stop and keys handed over and car nearby to pack and leave. Drivers on both occasions were polite and very helpful with everyone’s bags and cases would definitely use again.

Drop off was easy & quick with nice friendly staff at reception and on the bus and so got to the terminal in good time. Was worried as the flight was delayed by 2 hours which meant we arrived back with APH at 1.30 am instead of 11pm but there was no need and no extra charge. Easy returns procedure - literally waited 1 minute at the bus stop before the bus arrived. Driver was fabulous; helped with suitcase and also let us all know about road closures and alternative routes. Can’t fault APH - great service again

So easy to find. Checking our car in was made quickly and easy. Bus was there waiting for us. Friend we were travelling in left his wallet in his car. He rang them explaining his situation, with his permission they got his wallet and sent it with the next driver. Exceptional….

Excellent service. We’ve used them before and will always use them flying from Gatwick. Everyone we spoke with on the phone or met face to face were both helpful and polite. Booking was easy and very reasonably priced. They were punctual for collection/drop off and took the stress away over parking while away. Car even came back clean!! Good check in service when you arrive. Was unsure about being told to just leave the car with the keys on the front seat as this could mean someone could have access to the car and some car have auto locking systems which mean if door was closed, car could lock with keys in it. Bus was regular to the terminal and driver greeted you at the door and helped with luggage, which was a nice touch and different to many other parking companies. When you are back in the airport after your trip, you just send a text message to the number provided to you and the car is ready for you to pick up when you get off the transfer bus. Really simple and time saving. Overall happy with this car park and will use again in the future.

Used them for the first time and I love the process they have. Very simple and quick. Drive in, park the car in front of their drop off office. Drop the keys, they give the receipt that tells you what to do when you get back. Hand keys over, board the bus (journey to airport takes about 10mins). Then once you have landed you text them a code they give you on that receipt then follow. Then instructions on the receipt to the bus stop, bus picks you up, go to key collection, walk to car in front of their office and drive off. Love it and would recommend it.

Really easy to find by following sat nav and sign posts. Easy check in. You leave the car keys with reception, then they move the car to a secure area. Toilets at reception. Frequent Buses available to drop you off at either North or South terminals. ( roughly 10 mins journey).Very friendly lady driving the bus who also helped us on with our cases.

Could not have been better! Reception staff when arriving and departing were friendly and helpful, despite it being the middle of the night and early morning; didn't have to even wait for the shuttle buses, they were there straight away for us; bus drivers were cheerful and helped us with our cases; car was ready and waiting as advertised and I have never seen such clean and fresh customer toilet facilities! Wonderful service, I highly recommend APH, Gatwick, thank you to all the lovely staff.

Good price parking with reputable company.Booked online. Easy to drop off a few miles from airport. Check in and leave keysJump on bus (every 10-15 mins) short journey to both terminals. Driver helps with casesOn return when you land you text a code to the number they give you. Pick up bus from where you were dropped. Hand in receipt back at car parkKeys returned and car is ready to drive away.Cars are parked very locally as only 0.4 miles put on the clock.Would definitely use again

Quick booking process, easy to find on gps. Reasonable price, Easy access to parking lot just follow the signs, fast check in at reception - by professional staff members - finally you get a ticket and instructions when coming back just send text you landed and they will prepare your car for pick up. Fast bus transport from parking to Gatwick terminals also easy to find bus stops on return. Inside the bus available space for luggage, also friendly bus driver. I highly recommend 👍

One of the easiest airport parking experience I've had. Booked using Tesco vouchers which made this very cost effective but was just over £100 for 2 weeks parking. The booking process was straightforward and I was given adequate instructions.The location was easy to find, you park your car just outside their office, hand your car keys in, receive a ticket for your return and get on a bus to the airport which is a short walk from their stop. This all took about 20 minutes.On landing text the number on the ticket, wait for a bus from their stop, get your keys from the office and hen you are directed to your car which is parked on the other side of the office from where you arrived in a clearly marked bay. Again all done in 20 minutes. Both drivers and receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful. Not sure what more they could do to make this easier. Well done and thank you.

We used the Gatwick parking and it was brilliant. Very helpful cheerful staff. When we had to return from holiday a day later they took care of it. The bus drivers were helpful with our luggage and everything went well. We only used the parking because of the rail strike but we are glad we picked APH. Thank you for making that part of the journey stress free.

One of the best operators for Gatwick airport parking. We use their park and ride service as the car park is just off the motorway junction and easy to find. The staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful and always seem happy. The bus drivers are excellent and always willing to help with heavy suitcases! If you book well in advance the prices are very competitive too. The booking system is easy and if you choose a flexible option you can cancel without any losses at very short notice. I am very happy to recomment this company.

Very quick and easy service. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Buses were frequent. Bus drivers on both occasions were happy and interactive with all the passengers and also helped with luggage. Pretty alright experience with APH at Gatwick.Getting to the airport was easy, but a return at around 0330 was a bit trickier. We (20ish people) ended up waiting for the best part of 30 minutes for a bus to arrive. I contacted their depot, who were helpful.

Easy to get to.Quick bus ride to South terminal which then goes onto the North terminal.Queues were long for the return bus but the staff were cheerful and helpful even at 2am!Quick to pick up keys and leave.Positive experience and will use again.

Good parking facility near Gatwick. It's around 15 minutes by free bus to reach airport. They drop you very close to the terminal, around 3 minutes walk. Parking prices are okay depending on when you book. I recommend this parking service.

Simply outstanding, from check in to the bus amazing staff but all hats off to Jason, he took my suitcases x4 large ones loaded them carefully on the bus and even waited for my youngest child to use the toilet. He was very courteous and a true gentleman towards my family! APH management you need to look after him! He deserves a meal out

This is a fantastic service. Great value for money. The process was straight forward. Staff were very pleasant & helpful. I felt my car would be safe from knowing about APH to begin with. The bus was frequent & quick to the airport. The driver was clear to point out where we would be picked up. The driver was also very helpful with bags & very polite. Easy to find(don't mind some previous reviews that were saying otherwise) as there are plenty of signs on the road before getting into the actual parking area.Staff sorted us in a few minutes and we hopped on the bus straight away for a 10 min transfer to the airport. The cars in the parking lot are not crowded, plenty of space on both sides of the car, when parked.You will get a ticket with a code that you need to send them by text message when you return, and all the additional steps you need to take.Price was the cheapest in the Gatwick area for my dates, so it was worth parking there.

Very safe & professional service. Dropped off car & went abroad. Checked in car easily with a member of the staff. Took the APH bus to the airport terminal. Upon returning to the UK boarded the APH Bus back to the car park complex, handed in receipt, received car keys & code to exit. Excellent service that I will use again.

Thoroughly deserved 5 star review. All staff were pleasant and helpful. I was travelling with my two children and the driver helped with our bags when we boarded the bus and on return, the driver took the bags off for us. The staff in the office were lovely. I called to let them know that my text was not going through to let them know I was on my way to pick up my car and they assured me my car would be there and ready for collection. It is refreshing to receive service like this today, APH you should be proud of your staff, they are amazing!

What nice people at APH. They were very professional and it literally takes minutes from dropping off the keys to joining the APH bus to the airport.I booked my car with APH through a flight I purchased which was departing from Gatwick Airport and I was very impressed.The directions given were so easy to follow. Once you arrive at the parking facility you just pop into the checking in office.The office ladies will go through some security checks including your flight times and ID to make sure that it's you. They will provide you with a card which you must keep in a safe place as it has a mobile number and a code you will need to text APH when you land. This card is needed to get your car keys back. So please do not loose it! There are also details of where you can find the APH bus stop for the return bus journey back to the parking facility. Once you arrive at APH just hand back that card to reclaim your carkeys. They then give you a second card which has the location of your vehicle and the code for the exit gate.You are then told to pop your keys on the front seat of your car as they will take it to a parking space for you. I was directed outside where I hopped onto the APH bus which after a few minutes travels a short distance to Gatwick Airport. The bus came with two passengers lovely jolly guys who helped with the suitcases. It was so early in the morning and really cold.. But they were smiling and happy to all the people waiting to board the bus. Made my day that did after my long drive.They will provide you with a card which you must keep in a safe place as it has a number you will need to text APH when you land. It is the card you need to get your key back. It has details to the bus stop you will need to got to for the bus journey back to the parking facility at the end of your trip. You just need to hand back the card which has a code for you to reclaim your key. They then give you a second card which has the location of your vehicle and the code for the exit gate.It was super simple. I will definitely use APH again, it felt safe leaving my car there I wasn't worried about it and everything went so smoothly it was a pleasure to use them.

Excellent service for dropping off and pick up. We didn't need to wait for the shuttle either time, and easily worked out cheaper than a taxi to the airport. Will definitely be using APH again.

Your bus drivers do not bother checking customers' tickets. I was actually a Purple Parking customer and I got on the wrong bus by mistake and had to go all the way back to Gatwick. I was probably not the first person and I will probably not be the last either. It's an easy enough mistake to make especially late at night after a long flight, especially as they both pick up at stop 6. Simple solution: check customer's tickets!

First time using non Airport parking facility. Slightly further away from airport compared to Gatwick Official one but I didn't find any problems. Buses run frequently and site is well lit and sign posted. Will certainly use again.

Car Park is spot on ! Modern place,on site covid testing, CCTV all around,360⁰ Car video,photo before drop off.Drop off car,drop of keys and in the bus in less than 3 minutes! Not far away from the airport ,maybe about 10,15 minutes.very friendly attitude on site and in bus,I would highly recommend,can't fault the service at all !
