I arrived very early in the morning and was immediately confused by the signage at the parking area. The directions seemed unclear and incorrect, which led to some frustration. I ended up driving around to multiple different blocks, hoping to find an available parking space, only to be directed to the bus stop after parking. When I called the intercom for more information, I was informed that the buses weren’t picking up from the car park I was in, and I was advised to move my car to a different block.This could have been much more clearly communicated from the start. A digital screen or clearer signage right at the entrance would have made the process much smoother for all customers, as we were just one of about ten other people who had to move our cars. It felt disorganized, and this lack of clear communication could easily have been avoided with better planning.On a positive note, the bus service itself was quick and efficient, making it easy to get to my destination. Overall, while the experience wasn’t terrible, it definitely could have been improved with better signage and clearer instructions. For future improvements, a digital display or more prominent signs would go a long way in making the process more user-friendly and less confusing for customers.
This car park is difficult to find (some other reviewers have added useful pictures) and has very poor lighting. Also the total car park is not surfaced. You will need to drag your cases across loose gravel and the mud. When returning to the vehicle it was so close to another vehicle that we could not access it, luckily the other driver arrived and we waited for them to leave first. The staff are friendly and the Transfer is quick. So if you want a cheap and efficient service, and don't mind a bit of inconvenience when parking and returning to vehicle then fine. Note that Aph is only acting as booking agent on this site, it is nothing like the Aph sites at Gatwick and Heathrow.
I found it v difficult to find in the dark so I've attached photos. You take the Holiday Inn turning opposite the petrol station, and it's located behind the gates at the immediate first right. Otherwise great experience, good price, close to the airport and friendly staff.
Have used a few times now price is very reasonable easy to use service. Park up leave keys and mini bus will transport within 10mins. On return call them pick up right outside airport
