Directions

  1. Leave the M23 at Junction 9, signed Gatwick airport.
  2. Take the second exit at the first roundabout signposted Redhill A23.
  3. Take the exit towards Redhill A23.
  4. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Povey Cross Road.
  5. Take the next turning on the left to the Travelodge. The car park will be on your left-hand side.

Arrival instructions

Follow the sat nav directions to Povey Cross Road and turn into the entrance of the Travelodge. The car park is on the left hand side with green fencing. Follow the fence until you locate the gated entrance on the left. Pull up to the gate and press the intercom giving your name and the staff will open the gate for you.

Drive through the gates, turning left and then pull straight ahead in to the customer parking area just outside the reception building. Unload and take your bags to the bus stop. Then check in at reception.

Contact number 01293 824221 (option 1) to contact the reception should you need help with directions. The minibus, which runs on demand, will then transfer you to the terminal. Emergency contact number 07805927969.

Return instructions

I Love Meet & Greet operate the return service at the airport for both South & North Terminal.

When you have collected your luggage, cleared customers and arrived in the arrivals hall, please call 01293 824221 (option 1) to have your car brought to the terminal forecourt in the Approved Operator area.

North Terminal:
Follow signs for 'exit' on the ground floor, walk between the 2 car parks and head left towards the Premier Inn Hotel.

South Terminal:
Follow signs for 'exit', cross the single lane outside, take the left to the ground floor, head towards the furthest single lane and look left.

Emergency number is 07805 927969. Please ensure you exit the forecourt promptly to avoid any extra fees being incurred once your vehicle has been handed back.

This car park has 24 hour CCTV, high fencing, uniformed staff and has been awarded the Park Mark Award.

Transfers take just 5 minutes to get to the terminal and are on demand.

      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
