Directions

If you are using a sat-nav, please enter the postcode TW6 2GA.

1. Leave the M25 at Junction 14 following signs to Terminal 5 and Short Stay car park.
2. At the T5 roundabout take the second exit and follow the signs for Short Stay.
3. Keep right up the ramp following the signs for Level 4 Meet & Greet / Car Rentals.
4. Drive your vehicle into the imaging portal, your vehicle will be captured by the cameras.
5. Once complete press the button for entry, proceed, take the ticket and follow the signs for Heathrow Meet & Greet.

Arrival instructions

1. Head to Short Stay Car park & Follow signs for Level 4 Meet & Greet & Car Rentals.
2. Drive in to the Vehicle Imaging Portal up to the entry column & stop in front of the barrier.
3. Your vehicle will automatically be captured by the cameras.
4. Once complete press the button for entry, proceed to second barrier take the ticket & enter the car park following the signs for Heathrow Meet & Greet.

*Please note that the Valet Reception on the departures forecourt is currently closed. 

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete the vehicle hand over before heading to the terminal.

We recommend that you bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you.

Return instructions

1. After landing, simply collect your luggage, make your way to the Heathrow Meet & Greet Reception located on Level 4 of the Short Stay car park.
2. Here you will be given your keys and shown to your vehicle.
3. Please email valetparking@heathrow.com to let Heathrow Meet & Greet know of any changes to your arrival time.
