Directions

If you are using the M23 turn off at Junction 9 or follow signs to your departure terminal. On arrival, follow these instructions:

North Terminal: Follow signs to ‘Passenger Drop Off’ at North Terminal and keep in the right hand lane. Head to the far end where a driver will meet you in the Approved Operator bay.

South Terminal: Follow signs to ‘Passenger Drop Off’ at South Terminal and keep in the right hand lane. Head to the far end where a driver will meet you in the Approved Operator lane.  

Arrival instructions

Meet and Greet Valet couldn’t be easier:

  1. When you are ten minutes away call I Love Meet & Greet on the number provided.
  2. Drive to the designated meeting point.
  3. An I Love Meet & Greet operative will be waiting to take your car.
  4. Head into the terminal and enjoy your holiday.
  5. Your car will be washed whilst you are away.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete the vehicle hand over before heading to the terminal.

Return instructions

Collecting your car is just as simple:

  1. Call I Love Meet & Greet on the number provided once you’ve collected luggage and cleared customs.
  2. Head to the designated meeting point.
  3. Collect your car and have a safe journey home.

Vehicle restrictions apply. ILMG only park vehicles which are standard cars or minibuses with 9 seats including the driver. 

Gatwick has implemented a new forecourt charging scheme. For all customers using ILMG this has little impact as the Airport Access fee has already been added to the cost of your booking and as a licensed operator, we pay the airport fees on behalf of our clients. However there are rare occasions due to defects with Gatwick system, you may by accident receive a penalty charge notice. If this happens, please do not worry - just email customer.services@ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk and we will take care of it for you. These are teething problems only and beyond our control and we hope that they will be short lived as Gatwick's new system develops.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
